Our project
URBAN CODE – a bridge between countries
EN
We go beyond our country and create a space for international dialogue, connecting Russian cities with their foreign partners so that young people can not only develop their environment, but also learn from their peers from other cultures. This format helps not only exchange ideas, but also tell the world about our culture, history and creative approaches. We are forming a new generation of leaders for whom "local" means meaningful, and "international" is accessible.
The Twin City project expands educational and cultural cooperation between Russian and friendly regions, creating a platform for the personal and professional development of young people (16−25 years old). Educational programs, exchanges and social projects strengthen the ties between cities, preserving their uniqueness in the context of globalization.

Social significance
The world is changing, and approaches to international communication are changing with it. Youth cultural exchanges are becoming one of the most effective ways to strengthen cooperation between countries. In this process, the urban environment is turning into an open platform for dialogue. Today, young people strive not only to gain knowledge, but also to be part of real changes — and our project opens this opportunity for them.
Modern cities are at risk of losing their identity due to digitalization and globalization. The project preserves unique cultural codes, ensuring the harmonious development of regions and forming new leaders who strengthen the economy and culture of cities. The initiative attracts investment and tourism by developing education and inspiring young people to make changes.
