This is a new look at the concept of "Twin towns", aimed at expanding educational and cultural cooperation between the regions of Russia and friendly countries. We join forces to create a platform that will open up new opportunities for personal and professional growth for young people aged 16−25. Through educational programs, exchanges and social projects, we create bridges between cities, preserving their uniqueness in the era of globalization.
